  • Q: Do you have any discount codes?

  • Q: How do I order offline?

Aplease go to our tiktok account @doublekdiy and checkout our in-stock video which shows you which Focals are in stock, when you checkout please leave us notes of the Focals designs OR design number you want.

  • Q: When do you go live on TikTok?

A: we currently do not have a live schedule, but you can most likely catch us live on Tuesdays and Fridays at 5:30pm CST.

  • Q: Where do you ship from?

A: we ship from TX, USA.

  • Q: When will my order ship?

A: we ship all orders within 4 business days.

  • Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: we offer free shipping for orders over $200, automatically applies at checkout.

  • Q: I want to change something in my order

A: please contact us ASAP, if your order hasn’t been shipped we’re glad to change things for you but once it’s shipped we cannot change anything or offer exchanges or returns.

  • Q: I want to add more items to my order

A: please contact us ASAP via email (contact.doublek512@gmail.com) or tiktok DM and once you get confirmation that you can add to your order and it hasn’t been shipped use code COMBINE to waive the second shipping fee.

  • Q: Do you offer wholesale?

A: although we offer super low prices already if you’d like to place an order for 25+ of the SAME focal design please contact us (contact.doublek512@gmail.com) to discuss special pricing.

  • Q: What is your return/cancellation policy?

A: we do not offer any refunds, returns, or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

A: we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, mis delivered, returned, or damaged items. Please contact us as some packages have insurance included.
